Briefly about me: I started more seriously deal with sports in high school at Audentes Sports School with coach Valter Espe, where my main distance was 400 meters hurdles. Since autumn 2007, when I started studying the physical education of the University of Tartu, I started training with coach Endel Pärn. On the training methodology issues, we will conclude with the University of Tartu Coaching Emery Piercing Assistant Ants Nurmekivi. I happened to their favorite distance (1500m) to the relatively late, and because of that the later development, which has come with consistent workouts and rational load lifting. In addition to the very successful 2016 and 2017 summer season, where I set up personal rekords from 400m to 10km, and Estonia's records for 1-Miles, 1500m, 1000m, I will continue to motivate my sports career.

U17 Elite league boys made history
The Brøndby Cup held in Denmark in 1979, the International Youth Football Championship, which was held in 1979, brought joyous messages to the Flora fan clubs! Under the guidance of Risto Kallaste, the U17 Eliit League boys did not lose any match during the tournament and won the first place with a convincing goal (20: 4, including a 3: 0 waiving score). The tournament format was scheduled for 5 days in 5 games, and as the Danish Køge FC gave to FC Flora a waiver win for the last day game, it meant 3-0 victory to our boys and the fact that, regardless of the results of other games in the last days the tournament victory and for the bonus for the boys were free days in beautiful Denmark! Congratulations to the boys, coach Ristot, parents and families of boys and the entire Flora community for a remarkable achievement!

FC Flora 2001 is a multiple Estonian champion
First League U16 final round did not change anything - FC Flora 2001 had already secured the championship title in the final round!
Under the guidance of Andres Koog and Taavi Trasberg, the boys advanced with an impressive self-confidence during the 18-round season.
Of the 18 games, 15 were won, two were tied up with draw and only one lost.
The president of the Estonian Football Association, Pohlak, is obviously proud of the progress of youngs, but it's anxious to keep head clear:
“Of course, I'm glad about boys and coaches, I'm not hiding it!
This is Floora's one of the most talented youngsters, and their league victory makes our heart warm and makes me feel proud.
I hope that the surprise of boys in the form of their challenge to our home stadium grass will give them a boost to motivation for the future, but I believe that the boys themselves understand: the successful end of a small work marks the beginning of a great and genuine work.
In the men's class, the winnings taken by the young teams do not cost anything.
From this group of young masters, we will clearly see the upcoming growth first for our double-team and from there to the representative team, but boys must keep their feet down and work, work, work.
However, at present - rejoice boys, and celebrate it, you've earned it.
On behalf of the club to express my sincere thanks and appreciation for the coaches and the boys, parents and families - without that support they not would come to this title!”

Volleyball
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net.
The purpose of the competition is to send the ball over the opposite side of the net to the player's field so that it will land on the opponent's side, the ball leave the boundaries of the field from opponent touches or the opposing player to the mistake of rules.
The ball is placed to the game by serving the ball from the edge of court. The player must point the ball forward with one touch, either to a fellow player or to the opponent's side.
However, it must prevent the ball from landing on its own side.
Volleyball is one of the few ball games in which the player does not have direct contact with the opposing team.
In this sense, the game is most similar to indiaca, but also with badminton and tennis where the net is bordered.
Nowadays, volleyball is very widespread and volleyball fans are believed to be around the world over 8 million.
International Volleyball Federation (abbreviation FIVB) or Fèdèration Internationale de Volleyball was founded in 1947.
The FIVB has 218 member states and active players of nearly 200 million.
