Retlar OÜ takes into account the rights and obligations of employees established by the legal acts of the Estonian state. In our company, forced and mandatory labor is excluded. Furthermore, the employment of child labor is prohibited in our company. No one in our company may be discriminated against based on nationality, race, gender, language, origin, religious beliefs, political or other convictions. We also condemn discrimination of people based on their financial, social status, or other personal circumstances. However, the company does not tolerate expressions of opinion or calls to action made within the workforce, which call for supporting a military attack against the territorial integrity of another country or against a particular ethnic group. The Retlar management respects the freedom of association of employees and the real right to collective bargaining.
